1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vyapar Sabha platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Vyapar Sabha is a structured B2B agricultural trade meeting platform that facilitates pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between buyers and sellers of agricultural commodities. The Platform organises conferences, manages registrations, and coordinates meeting schedules.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legitimate business entity to register on the Platform. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@vyaparsabha.in of any unauthorised use of your account. Vyapar Sabha shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

5. Conference Participation

Participation in conferences is subject to approval by Vyapar Sabha. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approved participants are expected to attend their scheduled sessions punctually and conduct themselves professionally.

6. Payments & Refunds

Sellers are required to pay the applicable meeting plan fee to confirm participation. Payments are processed via UPI and are subject to verification. Fees are non-refundable once a conference schedule has been published, except in the event of conference cancellation by Vyapar Sabha, in which case a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or application
• Sharing meeting links with unauthorised parties
• Recording sessions without the consent of all participants
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other participants

8. Limitation of Liability

Vyapar Sabha acts solely as a facilitator of meetings between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the outcome of any business discussions conducted through our Platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions between participants or from technical disruptions during sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and text, is the property of Vyapar Sabha and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
